To use RouteAware, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

3. User Responsibilities

When using RouteAware, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Service only for lawful freight logistics purposes
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Not attempt to access or modify another user's data
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

4. Service Usage

GPS Tracking

By using our mobile app for navigation and tracking, you consent to the collection of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location tracking occurs only while the app is in active use and when you have accepted routes.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate weather, traffic, and route information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. You are responsible for making safe driving decisions based on actual road conditions.

5. Subscription and Payment

RouteAware offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plans are limited in features and number of active routes
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans).

6. Cancellation and Termination

Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy

Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

RouteAware and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by RouteAware and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.

8. Third-Party Services

RouteAware integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, weather providers, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
